About Shondra
I've always been into fitness since I was a teenager - I started working out when I was young and just liked the way I looked after I started getting results, so I've been working out consistently ever since. I just like working out and helping people get better, so I wanted to take it on professionally and help people feel good about themselves. Before transitioning to fitness full-time about 2 years ago, I worked in call centers doing customer service and sales. I got my ISSA certification back in 2017, and initially it was mainly like a hobby with friends and family before I decided to make it my profession. Now I focus on online coaching, and my niche is women 40 and up who are busy and don't really have a lot of time to work out. I structure 30-minute workouts for them - upper body strength, lower body - just letting them know that just because you get older, you can still be fit. I also do a little bit of nutrition guidance too. I give clients their plan on the app that I use, and then give them feedback on their form and what they need to improve. My love of working out is really what prompted me to get involved in fitness professionally.
