What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to focus on doing something I’m truly good at and passionate about. When you dedicate yourself to your strengths and cultivate your skills, the money and success naturally follow. This guidance has taught me the importance of aligning my work with my talents and interests, ensuring both fulfillment and professional growth.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women to never let the world tell you that you do not belong somewhere. There are so many people who will readily tell you that at every juncture in our lives. Find a way to use your purpose in the best way possible because every team you can add something special. Make people believe in that and never doubt yourself. Keep learning and becoming the best possible version of yourself while maintaining your integrity and authenticity.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is keeping up with the constant changes and evolving trends within the industry. Staying current requires continuous learning, adaptability, and a proactive approach to new technologies, regulations, and best practices. While this can be demanding, it also presents a significant opportunity to innovate, grow professionally, and position myself and my organization at the forefront of industry developments.
