About Shreya
I grew up in India, did my bachelor's there, started working there. I realized I am not someone who enjoys coding for hours, so that pushed me for my master's. One of my brothers was working in USA and suggested I explore opportunities here. I came here for my master's and since then have been learning new challenges and new industries. I currently work as a senior business analyst at Snock Solutions.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being very grounded and humble. Even coming from a computer science background with coding experience, I adapt to new skills like Jira and CRM without hesitation. I mentor juniors without making them feel inadequate and guide them on how things should be done.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Your job title does not define you. Keep building skills forever from personal life, education, and work life. Skills you've built throughout your life are who you are, not just work titles.
