I've always had a love of numbers, even back when I was out of high school, though I just didn't know how to put the two together. I started my education with business school and then progressed to getting my bachelor's in financial accounting. I remember being in college and business school, watching how the accounting softwares evolved and how to even do accounting in general. After working for a national retailer and gaining experience across different sectors, I gravitated to the e-commerce, product business type of industry. I started my agency around the pandemic, right after having my twins in 2019. It was a rocky start because I was renewing myself to motherhood all over again while trying to establish business between the accounting and my other creative business. But I was really trying to secure my accounting business because I knew that business owners needed this, especially the women in the marketplace. After years passed, I saw how many women have developed businesses and how a lot of them have exploded from COVID. With the strategies and expertise I have from my general work experience, I knew the online e-commerce space was something that had grown dear to me. Now I help women who are in e-commerce, whether they have a beauty brand or a product-based business. I really want them to know their value within that startup phase and ensure they're pricing their products for a profit, not just running it as a simple hobby. I share with them the strategy and information on how they can build a sustainable business, because a lot of times they don't know and they're just putting things out there and selling and not really understanding why they're not seeing the money in their account or why their numbers are not making sense profit-wise. My heart is really dear to the women-owned business owners right now, and eventually I do want to do seminars in my local area.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to consistency, faith, and understanding the real needs of women-owned product-based businesses. I’ve learned that many business owners are passionate about their products but need support understanding their numbers, pricing, and profitability. By focusing on strategy, cost analysis and financial clarity, along with building relationships, I’ve been able to serve from a place of purpose instead of just providing a service. My mission and goal is to helping women recognize their value, grow confidently, and build sustainable businesses that create long-term impact.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

When you truly understand the problems your audience faces and consistently provide value, you build trust, impact, and long-term success- you become a problem solver.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't look to be seen right away. Accountants are the behind-the-scenes We're like the quiet storm. We keep it all together. When you're going into this type of field, you really have to understand the patience of understanding the theory behind it, and it's something that can evolve into something so far greater. You can go in so many different directions. Don't worry about if you're not a math whiz, it's not that. It's you learning the theory behind the principles behind it. Even in my younger years, I didn't expect myself to be here. I thought maybe I'd be a CPA or do my public and private time, but all the experience that you gain along the way, you can really turn that into your own personal thing. Take advantage of your career experiences and gain that knowledge/

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is building trust, standing out in a crowded online marketplace, and helping women-owned product-based businesses truly feel seen and supported. Many business owners are overwhelmed with information online, so they are looking for service providers who are not only knowledgeable but also genuine, relatable, and consistent. As more businesses enter the online space, it becomes important to differentiate yourself by providing real value, education, and solutions that directly address the needs of your audience.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, faith, consistency, and service. I believe in being honest, operating with excellence, and genuinely helping others grow with the information to building their business. In my business, I value educating and empowering women-owned product-based businesses so they can understand their worth, make informed financial decisions, and build sustainable brands.Personally, I value family, purpose, and creating a life centered around faith, structure and peace. I believe success is not just about income, but about helping others, building meaningful relationships, and creating long-term stability for future generations.
