About Shurvone
Shurvone Wright serves as founder and CEO of LeBallspreneur Academy of Creative Solutions, an organization she established approximately two years ago to consolidate her entrepreneurial pursuits under one umbrella. Her professional journey began 38 years ago when she entered nursing, a field in which she remains active through managed care work at a company where she is exploring AI applications. An AI-certified consultant, Wright recently obtained her first contract to teach an AI course at a local college for four weeks in the fall. She authored the book Confidence Without Regret, which inspired her creation of National Confidence Without Regret Day on March 16, three conferences, and a related journal. Wright also launched a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women facing low self-esteem and alopecia, and she offers a self-publishing course through her academy to help other women achieve their goals.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to make mistakes. You're not behind. If God gave you the vision, He's gonna give you the tools and the strategies to get it done. And you just have to believe in yourself, and be your biggest cheerleader. Sometimes you have to keep the big visions to yourself until you are implementing them. Never give up on yourself. And it's never too late.
