About Sicily
Sicily Bailey is a healthcare recruiting and account management professional with experience in allied health staffing, business development, and client relations. She has been in healthcare recruiting since 2021 and currently serves as the Imaging and Radiology, Allied and Advanced Healthcare Account Manager at WSI Healthcare, where she oversees staffing and hiring for over 37 facilities spread across imaging, radiology, surgery centers, pharmacies, and related areas, managing teams including pharmacists, doctors, nurse practitioners, and rad techs. She previously advanced from recruiter to nursing account manager and business development, after starting in the beauty industry where she became dual licensed as a cosmetologist and barber. During the pandemic, she obtained CNA and PCT certifications and worked as a traveling CNA in a Level 1 trauma ICU while also providing home health assistance. Her career path reflects a commitment to empowering people, problem-solving for healthcare facilities, and supporting community needs through staffing solutions.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't let you being the first person you've ever heard of doing something stop you from reaching for it. Start asking yourself, why not me? Do it, because you have no idea what young woman is looking up to you, and taking notes, and she's building her plan based on the moves you're doing. I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it weren't for so many women that I got to see pave the path.
