About Siddhi
Siddhi Kawa is a finance and accounting professional with experience in accounting operations, financial analysis, equity research, and student financial leadership. She currently works as a Staff Accountant at American Truck and Trailer Inc., after previously serving as a Finance Intern there and as a Graduate Assistant and Accounting and Finance Peer Tutor at the University of New Haven. She also completed the CFA Research Challenge, conducting equity research, valuation, and financial analysis. She holds an M.S. in Finance and Financial Analytics from the University of New Haven with a 4.0 GPA and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Mumbai. During her master's, she served as vice president of finance for the Graduate Student Council, making crucial decisions and networking extensively. She is an international student who values leadership and giving back, mentoring 20 girls through an organization in the USA and India while fundraising and donating to the Mesco nonprofit.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
This field has been super rewarding. There would never be a scarcity of job roles because everyone needs an accountant or finance person in their company. I would give a thumbs up for her to go for it.
