She has dedicated the past five years to her role as an Oncology Key Accounts Manager at Tactile Medical, where she partners with leading healthcare systems and nationally recognized institutions to expand access to innovative, patient-centered solutions. Her ability to align clinical needs with organizational objectives has made her a trusted partner to stakeholders across complex healthcare environments.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering the industry to take risks and be willing to put in the work. Growth and opportunity often come from stepping outside your comfort zone, staying committed, and trusting in your ability to learn and succeed.
