About Sierra
Sierra Booker is the founder of Right Time Realty in Fort Myers, Florida, where she has served as a real estate agent for almost 10 years. She is also the founder of Woman of Excellence, an organization dedicated to bringing women together for support and resources, and the founder of Divine Transitional Housing. Sierra holds a certificate in project management and an associate's degree in early childhood development, and she is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration at T.D. Jakes School. As an author, she has released the journal Divine Affirmations: A Journey into Peace, Power, and Purpose, which guides readers through 30 days of affirmations, prayer, and journaling, and she plans to release her book Fruitfulness in November. Sierra is developing a self-help coaching program to accompany her book release. She attributes her success to God, obedience to His calling, unshakable faith, and a commitment to building legacy while impacting the community.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God and being obedient to what He has called me to do. Having unshakable faith and building legacy.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
When it looks like it's not gonna happen and when you think there is a delay, God is just preparing you for what door He's about to open. Don't get discouraged. Just know that you can do it. Don't give up. And God will always see you through whatever it is.
