Sierra Purtee

She is an experienced hospitality and dining services leader with over a decade of expertise in multi-unit management, culinary operations, and resident experience across senior living, healthcare, and retail sectors. Currently serving as Director of Dining Services at MORRISON, she oversees dining operations, team leadership, and service excellence in a fast-paced environment. Prior to this role, she served as Store Manager at Starbucks, where she honed her skills in operations and team development, and as Senior Living Advisor and Director of Resident Experience at Wallick Communities, where she focused on enhancing quality of life for residents. Her career also includes serving as Director of Dining Services at Wallick Communities and Brookdale, and as Front of House Manager at The Vineyard Church of Columbus. She holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Columbus State Community College. She is recognized as a strategic, results-driven, and compassionate leader who combines culinary expertise with strong operational and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional dining experiences and resident satisfaction.
