Sierra Ragland is a seasoned legal recruiter and Senior Director at GPAC, where she specializes in building high-performing legal teams. With a passion for connecting talented professionals to their ideal careers, Sierra leverages her expertise in full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, business development, and human resource management to match top-performing attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff with the right opportunities across the United States. Known for her personalized approach, she takes the time to understand each candidate’s values, aspirations, and career goals, ensuring a strong alignment between talent and opportunity.
Before rising to leadership at GPAC, Sierra honed her skills in business development, HR analysis, and training across a variety of industries, including manufacturing and logistics. Her strong academic background, with a BS in Human Resource Management from Athens State University and an AS in Business Administration from Calhoun Community College, underpins her strategic approach to recruiting and talent management. Sierra is recognized not only for her professional accomplishments but also for her commitment to mentorship and helping others navigate their career paths with confidence.
Outside of her professional work, Sierra is deeply grounded in her faith and enjoys spending time in nature, journaling, binge-watching Netflix, and cherishing moments with her family.
