Sifa Khan

Sifa Khan serves as Quality Assurance Supervisor at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, where she manages a team of 12 people and handles daily documentation, inspections, analytical testing, internal and external audits, inventory management through SAP and Salesforce, and compliance with food safety regulations and incident reporting. She also drafts SOPs and implements process improvements. Prior to entering the food and beverage industry in 2023, Khan worked for three years in cancer research at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Baylor College of Medicine, contributing to a neuroblastoma model that advanced to clinical trial level 2. She earned a Master of Science in Biotechnology in December 2023 and is enrolled in a Doctorate of Business Administration program. Khan is a member of the Institute of Food Technology and volunteers with the American Crossing Program providing patient care. Her professional goals include advancing to Director of Quality or Operations in a food and beverage plant within five years, and she takes pride in cost-saving decisions that have benefited her company as well as her research contributions.
