02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to step beyond traditional definitions of success, embrace unexpected opportunities, and take action when something needs to change. Careers are rarely linear, and growth often comes from challenging assumptions, speaking up, and moving from being an observer to becoming a changemaker.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to speak up, trust your instincts, and create your own opportunities. Don’t wait for permission to contribute—find your voice, build your platform, and use it to amplify others. True leadership is about creating more opportunities for everyone to succeed.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field is ensuring that AI-driven innovation remains inclusive, ethical, and human-centered. I’m particularly focused on addressing bias in AI systems and ensuring that the benefits of technology reach diverse communities. I believe diverse voices are essential to shaping innovation that truly advances humanity and creates opportunities for everyone.
