Q

What do you attribute your success to?

My success is sustained by God’s grace and the generosity of those who have guided me. I am deeply grateful for every mentor, peer, and leader who has shared their time, advice, and belief. My journey is not a solo endeavor, but a path paved by the wisdom and encouragement of a community that rises together.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've received is to pursue what fulfills you, not what is expected of you. That guidance was a permission slip to define my own success. It’s the mindset that continues to remind me that meaningful impact flows from aligning your work with your purpose.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The most practical advice I give is never to be afraid to ask for help. Early in my career, I hesitated, believing it would signal that I wasn't capable. What I've learned is that asking for help is actually a strategic choice; it accelerates learning, builds essential relationships, and shows maturity by valuing progress over perfection. It's not a sign of weakness, but of smart, intentional growth.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I believe the central challenge today is also our greatest opportunity: we have an overabundance of resources. While having endless tools and information is powerful, it can also create paralysis, making it hard to focus and find your niche. The antidote is to start not with the resources, but with your passion. Identify the problem you genuinely want to solve and let that purpose filter everything else. Your niche will emerge from that focused commitment.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Curiosity is my compass; it's the force that led me from studying human behavior in psychology to optimizing systems in logistics, and now to pursuing an MBA. Integrity is my foundation. It’s a non-negotiable commitment to making ethical decisions, which is how you build lasting trust in any field. Honesty with data, with others, and with myself about my own capacity and goals is what creates balance. Together, these values ensure my work has a genuine purpose, and my life has a deep sense of peace.
