Her Story
About Silvia
Silvia Sagari has pursued a multifaceted career spanning development banking, executive coaching, transition coaching, advocacy, and authoring. After earning her first degree as a CPA and a PhD in finance from NYU, she worked briefly in central banking and at Citibank before dedicating herself to development banking roles at the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. In those positions, she contributed to projects in roughly 40 countries focused on infrastructure, finance, private sector development, and the informal sector. She subsequently became an executive coach and transition coach, incorporating insights from brain science, and now channels her experience into writing books on professional development and personal legacy while engaging in advocacy for people with disabilities and patients, inspired by her daughter's journey.
