Since its inception, she has grown the company from the ground up, achieving over $350,000 in annual revenue through strategic sales, partnerships, and a client-focused approach. Silvina manages customer consultations, project quotes, scheduling, and supplier relationships, ensuring each project — from residential kitchen countertops to luxury remodels — is executed with precision and care.

Before launching her business, Silvina gained nearly six years of experience with the American Red Cross, serving as a phlebotomist and team lead, where she honed her skills in client service, team coordination, and operational management. Her background also includes experience as a home health care coordinator, and she originally pursued college-level nursing prerequisites before pivoting to entrepreneurship.

I attribute my success to my tremendous determination to succeed. No matter the challenge, I stay focused, work hard, and keep pushing forward until I achieve my goals.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering this industry to take charge of their own destiny. Pursue education, seek out opportunities, and stay persistent even when challenges arise. I try to model resilience through my own experience, having navigated early motherhood and financial hardships while building my business from the ground up.
