About Sima
I am a clinician, inventor, and founder who has dedicated my career to working at the intersection of oral health, technology, and patient-centered innovation. I believe that the future of healthcare, innovation, and leadership will ultimately be shaped by women who are willing to challenge traditional systems and build what doesn't yet exist. Beyond the products and patents, my journey is really personal. I'm passionate about being part of a community of women who are redefining industries and creating meaningful impact as moms and women. It's really important for me to set the stage for the generation after us. This is where the purpose of being women and founders and innovators is really very, very powerful. I feel very fortunate to be able to share my story and vision, and to learn and collaborate with some of the most amazing women in my field.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I believe strongly in challenging traditional systems and building what doesn't yet exist. It's really important to me to be part of a community of women who are redefining industries and creating meaningful impact, not just as professionals but as moms and women. Setting the stage for the generation after us is a core value for me. I find the purpose of being women and founders and innovators to be really very, very powerful. I value learning and collaborating with amazing women, and I believe in sharing stories and visions to create meaningful change in healthcare and beyond.
