I attribute my success to determination, perseverance, and a genuine passion for my work. With over 17 years in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry, I’ve grown by staying focused on my goals, continuously learning, and embracing every challenge as an opportunity to improve. My commitment to excellence and consistency has shaped my journey and helped me build a strong foundation as an industry expert.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I have successfully completed greater than 20 client engagements, and this accomplishment is in itself a validation of career enhancement.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay confident, focused, and resilient. Keep your head held high and never stop pursuing your goals, no matter the challenges you face. Believe in your abilities, continue learning, and don’t let anyone or anything discourage you from becoming the best version of yourself. Every experience—good or bad—will help shape your growth and strengthen your path to success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
It's a daily battle to stay informed and work at your best capacity. The layoffs and industry trends can sometimes have a dampening effect on the workforce. But, it's wise to stay neutral and balanced and be prepared to invest in the next project!
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are accountability, integrity, respect, trust, discipline, balance, and continuous growth. I believe in showing up with consistency —whether it’s in leading a project or working toward personal goals. Staying active and going to the gym helps me maintain focus and resilience, while reading allows me to keep learning and expanding my perspective. These habits keep me grounded, motivated, and always striving to improve.
