Ten minutes with Simran

01What do you attribute your success to?

I think everybody who has given me any tiny bit of information on how they think and how would they pursue their purchasing powers, I think all of those people are contributors to my learnings.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would suggest marketing is the source of reaching out to the people, and making the most out of it. But what needs to be done is understand the brand first, understand your consumer, like, read through them, understand what they like, what they don't like, how does their day look like, where do they go, what do they do, and how come your brand can integrate those emotions and basically navigate through that. The marketing, you know, the ways of marketing will just follow through that.
