I attribute my success to a diverse background across customer service, insurance, technology, and therapy, which, combined with my PMP certification, allows me to excel in project management while balancing client support and strategic initiatives.

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from a mentor in HR who helped me strengthen my career-development skills, build confidence in salary negotiations, and improve my Excel proficiency.
