About Smruti
I started as an intern with Mahindra and Mahindra back in my country. I did my MBA in HR and marketing because human resource has always been a fascinating subject for me. I wanted to understand every division and function of HR. When I started as a recruiter with Enforcers doing technical recruitment, my passion kicked in. I enjoy being the face of the company, connecting with candidates, and aligning them to organizational needs. Over 15 years, I've worked in male-dominated industries like utilities (American Water), electrification and automation, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and enterprise. I've developed two AI recruiting tools called Rex to monitor productivity and interpret candidate conversations. I want to break stereotypes in recruitment and bring more AI structure to it.
