Sneha Nair

Sneha Nair is currently in her fourth year at the University of Florida, majoring in information systems. This past summer she completed a six-week internship at Protiviti, a consulting firm in Miami, where she was tasked with developing a step-by-step process to implement an Agentic AI tool firm-wide. Her responsibilities included creating methods to collect feedback from auditors, establishing KPIs for testing controls and time savings, mapping processes in Visio, and using Power BI for data visualization, along with automating scheduling tasks via Copilot skills. Nair serves as president of the Empowered Business Consulting club at UF, where she leads recruiting workshops and professional development sessions, and she was also involved with the Florida Business Leader Leadership Society at UF as lead of professional development. Additionally, she works as a teaching assistant in the statistics department, dedicating 10 to 15 hours per week to leading labs and supporting students with varied learning styles. After switching from a computer science major to the management information systems degree, Nair has focused on the intersection of business processes and software development skills, with plans to pursue full-time consulting work after her May 2027 graduation.
