Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sneha
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to mainly three things: continuous learning, collaboration, and a growth mindset. Throughout my career, I've invested in developing technical expertise while learning to work efficiently with diverse teams. Pursuing an MBA while leading AI initiatives has reinforced that growth comes from staying curious and embracing new challenges. Success comes from being willing to learn from setbacks, as every challenge is an opportunity to grow and become better.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever received from my mentor is to not be afraid to fail, because failure is not the opposite of success but a part of the journey. Every challenge teaches something valuable, and every setback gives an opportunity to grow stronger, smarter, and more resilient.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to fail or try. Failure is part of the journey to success. Being willing to take risks, step outside your comfort zone, and learn from mistakes helps develop both professionally and personally.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI is both the biggest challenge and opportunity in technology today. Organizations are exploring how to adopt AI responsibly while maximizing its value. The opportunity lies in using AI to automate repetitive tasks, improve decision-making, and increase efficiency, allowing more time for strategic thinking and innovation.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Growth mindset is one of my core values. I approach challenges with optimism, continuously learn, and focus on progress rather than perfection. I also value integrity, collaboration, and accountability. I strive to support others, remain open to new perspectives, and continue growing every day.
