Sneha Saggurthi is a seasoned professional in GxP Quality & Compliance within the cell and gene therapy sector, currently serving as Quality Compliance Manager at Cartesian Therapeutics. She specializes in GxP training (cGMP, GCP, and GLP), inspection readiness, internal and external audit programs, supplier quality management, and quality management review. As an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Lead Auditor, Sneha has a proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in complex biopharmaceutical environments.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Sneha is deeply committed to education and professional development. She serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Frederick Community College, where she teaches in the Biotech Bootcamp program, mentoring emerging talent in the biotechnology field. Her experience also includes impactful roles at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Precision for Medicine, and Charles River Laboratories, showcasing her expertise in project management, Lean Six Sigma, and quality systems.
