What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute it a lot to the mentors I've had throughout the different stages of my career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say be open to change and not to make assumptions. When I first joined the industry, I was so scared of how it was going to be, how I would lead a team, what self-storage was, and there were a lot of assumptions, even when I was approaching any of the features. A lot of assumptions that I made in my head limited my capability to execute the product vision. So I would say just be open and open to feedback and not make assumptions and keep asking questions. Learn as much as you can about the industry. Yeah, that's what I would advise them.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are openness to change, curiosity, and being receptive to feedback, along with a strong commitment to mentorship and continuous learning from others.
