About Snezana

I am a global business and technology leader, strategist, and ecosystem connevtor, who bridges innovation between Europe and the United States. With more than two decades of experience across technology, Data, AI, and Digital Transformation, I have built my career guiding organizations through strategic decision-making, complex change, and long-term value creation.


Born and raised in North Macedonia, from an early age I developed a strong sense of leadership and perseverance, principles that still continue to guide my professional journey. I studied Computer Science, Informatics, and Automation at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, gaining deep knowledeg and understanding of technology and systems. In paralel, I played basketball at a professional level and was a member of the Macedonian national team in the years following the country’s independence, an experiences that further shaped my discipline, resilience, and team-first leadership mindset. 


After my graduation, moved to The Netherlands where I spent 23 years building a senior career within global technology organizations. My work has encompassed development of tech solutions for complex and highly regulated environments and a large-scale digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on data, AI, and sustainability. I was widely recognized for my ability to translate complex technologies into accountable business outcomes and human-centered value.


I am now based in Atlanta, Georgia, where I work with startups and scale-ups advising them on strategy, positioning, governance, and growth. I am also inolved in aviation and smart infrastructure domain, where I focus on AI-driven solutions, operational excellence, and ESG-led digital transformation. 


Beyond my professional roles, I am a committed advocate for ethical innovation. As a mentor, speaker, and thought leader, I believe effective leadership requires not only technological expertise, but also sound judgment, accountability, and empathy. My work consistently reflects a core principle: technology must serve people and long-term societal value.
