What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a lifelong passion for hospitality and events, which began at age 15. After moving from Australia to the U.S., I was recognized as a Top 10 Performer in 2014 and 2015. During COVID, I earned certifications from Florida University and the University of London to further strengthen my skills and grow in this dynamic field.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is that you can build a career that’s both fun and successful—stay the course, work hard, and never give up.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Being in a new role, I’m excited to expand my network and connect with others in the industry. One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced has been the disruption to live events during the pandemic and earlier limitations on in-house networking. At the same time, there are significant opportunities in roles focused on business development and outreach, as well as the growing demand for audiovisual services—a field I transitioned into in 2022.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are passion, hard work, initiative, persistence, and adaptability. I love building a career in hospitality and events in the Las Vegas area, and I also enjoy expressing my creativity through music—I recently wrote a song, which reflects my love for pursuing passions both professionally and personally.
