Sofia DiMaggio

Sofia DiMaggio serves as Senior Manager within the risk consulting practice. With over 15 years in the field since starting in 2009, she supports clients in the regulatory space through large-scale governance, risk and control transformation programs for large banking institutions. Her work centers on governance, risk and controls and non-financial risk. She leads teams and engagements while emphasizing mentorship to ensure teams have the expertise needed. DiMaggio began in the audit practice before moving into consulting and holds her CPA. She attributes her success to a forward mindset, the ability to adapt and pivot as the industry changes, embracing change, and learning from mentors. She is an active member of America's Most Powerful Women in Banking and the Women's Bond Club, organizations to which she was nominated.
