Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the inspiring examples of women leaders I’ve had the privilege to witness. Observing their achievements has shown me that women can excel at the highest levels, even in traditionally male-dominated fields like manufacturing, and has motivated me to pursue the same path of leadership and impact.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that “it’s all in your head.” This taught me that mindset shapes how we approach challenges, seize opportunities, and define our own success. By believing in my abilities and staying confident, I’ve been able to push past self-doubt and achieve goals I once thought were out of reach.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering my industry to ask questions, embrace vulnerability, and bring their full, authentic selves to their roles. Be confident in who you are and the unique strengths you offer—what you contribute could be the final ingredient that drives the success of your team or company. Vulnerability isn’t a weakness; when paired with authenticity and courage, it can be a powerful asset.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field right now is finding approaches that work for everyone. We work with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems, and there isn’t a one-size-fits-all playbook. At the same time, this diversity presents an incredible opportunity to learn, innovate, and develop solutions that are inclusive, adaptable, and effective across a wide range of perspectives.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are compassion, authenticity, respect, and kindness. I strive to treat others the way I would want to be treated, and I believe that approaching every interaction with integrity and empathy creates stronger relationships and lasting impact.
