She is a seasoned nonprofit fundraising and marketing professional with over seven years of experience driving multichannel and multicultural donor development across direct mail, DRTV, digital, and social media platforms. Currently serving as Director of Multichannel Fundraising at Operation Smile, she leads strategic fundraising initiatives and donor engagement across multiple channels. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Manager of Multicultural Donor Development and Bilingual Mass Market Fundraising Manager at Operation Smile, where she developed and executed Hispanic marketing campaigns and supported campaign development across direct mail, digital, video, and telefundraising. Her career also includes serving as Project Assistant Intern at Heifer Project International in Guatemala, where she supervised project development, implemented and budgeted projects, developed bilingual training materials, and reduced poultry mortality through improved handling practices. She holds a Master of Public Administration from American University and is certified in Marketing by the ANA-Association of National Advertisers.
