Sofia Sulikowski
Sofia Sulikowski is a seasoned product marketing professional with a unique focus on customer-led strategies for technical software companies. An Argentine-American and a long-distance walker, Sofia combines her passion for connecting with people with a deep expertise in translating complex B2B technology into compelling, relatable narratives. Over the past six years, she has helped companies in data infrastructure, AI, and cybersecurity build meaningful engagement through case studies, customer advisory boards, webinars, and other initiatives that highlight real customer experiences. Currently, she serves as an independent consultant, guiding Series A–C startups in developing marketing programs that resonate authentically with their audiences.
Before launching her consultancy, Sofia built a series of firsts at dbt Labs, including the company’s inaugural customer advisory board, where she coordinated all aspects of the program and achieved full attendance and actionable outcomes. Her prior roles include leading product marketing at Atlan and Salesforce, where she shaped go-to-market strategies, messaging, and field enablement for technical audiences. Known for her people-focused leadership and opinionated approach to marketing, Sofia emphasizes honesty, transparency, and the one-on-one customer view as the cornerstone of effective storytelling.
Sofia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and has completed advanced marketing training through CXL Institute. Outside of work, she is an avid baker, reader, and urban explorer, often sharing her scenic long-distance walking routes throughout New York City.
