01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The most important thing is to build a certain expertise, not just relationships. Learn the business first, understand how the company makes money and what drives growth. Don't wait until you feel more senior to have a say in meetings - go in with data, prepare your point of view, and communicate with confidence. Also take calculated career risks and don't stay too comfortable in your comfort zone.
