Sonja Antrillo

Sonja Antrillo serves as Office Manager and HR at Legacy Mechanical, a mechanical contracting company focused on commercial HVAC and plumbing in Denver, Colorado. She began her tenure there in 2007 and has spent her career managing office operations, streamlining processes, handling certified payroll, and supporting project managers across the office and field teams. Prior to this role, Antrillo worked in the salon industry before transitioning into construction services through a connection. She recently began pursuing HR certification and completed QPR training to earn her Gatekeeper Certificate, with a focus on bridging generational gaps in suicide awareness and mental health support within the construction field.
