About Sonna

Sonna Stanton has been in real estate since 2003. She spent the majority of her career in builder sales, representing builders across multiple communities and handling the sale of pre-sale lots, spec homes, and completed homes. Her responsibilities included negotiating contracts, managing special pricing requests, and overseeing upgrades from start to finish, often staying with a community for up to three years until it sold out. Sonna recently transitioned to working with buyers. A high school graduate from 1979 who was previously a stay-at-home mom, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors and supports Northwest Harvest. She has received the Salesperson of the Year Award and the Overachiever Award. Sonna attributes her success to her genuine love for helping people build their homes, from selecting lots and interior features to handing over the keys. She values integrity, honesty, and prioritizing client care, believing that taking care of clients leads to success. Her advice to others is to not be afraid and to jump in and follow their dreams if they have a love for people and real estate.
