My advice to young women entering this industry is to stick with it and explore the breadth of opportunities available. Determine what you truly want to do, don’t be afraid to take risks, and enjoy the journey—solving problems brings real satisfaction. Always aim high, don’t get too comfortable, and find a mentor who can guide and inspire you along the way.
