01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Closed mouths don't get fed. Always ask for what you want.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay hungry, stay curious, there really are no dumb questions. Meet as many people as you possibly can, and don't be mean to people. Kindness goes a long way, it's way easier to work with a nice person.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Agency life can be tough to navigate, constantly switching between clients. I suffer from imposter syndrome but I've worked so hard. It's a double-edged sword with opportunity in rising to the occasion and knowing I've done the work and deserve to be here.
