Spoorthi Ananda Kumar
With a background in Industrial Engineering and Management and over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, I’ve always been drawn to one thing: improving processes.
Throughout my career, I focused on lean operations, process optimization, and eliminating wasted time, cost, and effort—helping teams work smarter and deliver better results. Over time, something interesting happened: spotting inefficiencies became second nature to me, not just at work, but everywhere I went.
Whether I was grabbing a coffee, sitting in a doctor’s waiting room, or walking through a local gym, I couldn’t help but observe how things were run. The longer I paid attention, the clearer it became that the same types of problems were showing up again and again.
Almost every small business I walked into had the same challenge—and I could immediately see clearer, innovative, and simpler ways to operate.
That’s when it clicked.
Implementing targeted strategies, improves profit.
And when profit improves, everything else follows.
I soon realized that profit is the domino that knocks out all the other dominos—less stress, better decisions, stronger teams, and sustainable growth.
Motivated by this belief, I equipped myself with the right skills, tools, and frameworks and became a Certified Small Business Profit Architect.
Today, I help small business owners increase profitability using simple, practical, and proven strategies—without overwhelm, without complicated systems.
My mission is straightforward:
✅ Identify where profit is quietly leaking
✅ Implement proven profit strategies and plug profit leaks
✅ Help owners keep more of what they earn
