About Sravanthi
Sravanthi Muppidi has built a career spanning over two decades in technology and marketing. She began as a software engineer nearly 24 years ago, progressing through roles including DevOps engineer, release manager, and team management across software development and digital marketing. For the past 10 years, she has specialized in retail media and digital marketing, recently founding her own company where she provides strategy and execution advisory services to clients. Sravanthi earned a Bachelor's of Computer Applications and a Master's in computers and information systems. She holds multiple AWS certificates as well as certifications in big data engineering, architecture, and media. Her notable achievement includes building a retail media organization from the ground up, growing it to over 120 people. She is a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau and received the Globe Award for her contributions to retail media. Outside of work, Sravanthi volunteers with the charity Light of Life through her dance journey and runs the non-profit Stravanti's Dance Musti. She attributes her success to her value system of honesty, transparency, and leading by example, and she follows the advice to always be herself.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My success is rooted in my value system - honesty, transparency, and being the right leader, like walking the walk rather than talking the talk.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You be you, don't try to be somebody else. Don't try to do something that makes you feel that you're trying to be out of your original self and trying to be somebody else. That has been working really well for me.
