Her Story
About Sravya
My journey starts 12 years ago. I'm an electrical engineer, and I graduated in 2013. My first role was with Computer Associates, where I started as an associate right after graduation, but grew through the rank of a customer success engineering manager, leading a team of 6 people in Singapore. I worked very closely with customers, and what really inspired me was architecting zero-to-one playbooks for new product technologies where nothing existed before, and really reshaping how we take it to customers. I did an MBA from Carnegie Mellon, which is a school known for its technology and business skills. I was fortunate to join the AI revolution at Microsoft when we started making investments in AI and take it to market. I worked there for 6 years in various leadership roles, bringing a lot of business on new AI-related products and services with customers, especially focusing on retail, CPG, and telco. One of my closest partners while I was working at Microsoft was NVIDIA, so it was a natural transition to jump across the table and work here at NVIDIA. It's just been an interesting journey where I've always been able to apply my engineering background with my business skills to really make the most of building these new technologies and taking them to the market.

Ten minutes with Sravya
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say it's being able to build this program for digital infrastructure partners from zero to one, working closely under the leadership of Jensen at NVIDIA. There were some partners where we had a lot of struggle in NVIDIA making momentum. I was able to reshape them and bring them to the table and sign off multi-million contracts with us. NVIDIA actually awarded me a high performer in my year one itself, and I had an opportunity to really work closely with him and his leadership to make some of these digital infrastructure partners successful. I would say that has been the highlight of my career so far, working with such a strong leader who's inspiring and learning from him, and shaping the business hand-in-hand.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would just say that the world's changing every day. Just be open to the possibility of new adventures every day, and be brave and curious. Don't think otherwise, and don't let anyone put you down. You're as smart as anyone else, and you deserve to be here. That would be my advice.
