Srujana Dusari

Srujana Dusari serves as Technical Program Manager and Technical Lead at Meta, where she has worked for more than six years on AR glasses, a zero-to-one product in the wearables space. With more than 15 years of experience overall, she began her career with a physics major at university followed by a PhD in Physics in Germany, which she completed in three years while producing more than 15 scientific publications. After roles as a research scientist in Germany and Austria, she transitioned to technical program management to combine her passion for science and innovation with greater interpersonal collaboration, later working in automotive and consumer products before joining Meta in Ireland for four years and relocating to the United States. In her current role in Sunnyvale, California, she coordinates cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges, manage ambiguity, and deliver innovative AI glasses products. She remains active as a reviewer for physics articles and provides mentorship to students from developing countries pursuing education abroad.
