Her Interview
Ten minutes with Stacee
01What do you attribute your success to?
The support from my parents and my friends and family was everything. When things were going on they would see me breakdown and always tell me to keep on going. It just kept me going, and the last couple years with my master's degree, my students helped me work through everything at the same time.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
It's okay to fail, that just means that you're doing it right, that you will eventually pass that thing. It don't matter if you're frustrated, you will get where you're supposed to be. It might not be in that moment, but you will get there.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just do it. Don't limit yourself. There is so many different parts and pieces in education that if one part of education doesn't feel right, that's okay, because you might find something else, like I did, with the success coach position.
