She is a seasoned foodservice and consumer packaged goods (CPG) sales and business development professional with extensive experience in regional account management, broker partnerships, and strategic sales growth across the food distribution industry. Currently serving as a National Account Manager (West) and Regional Sales Manager at Mount Franklin Foods, she leads sales initiatives across the U.S. region, driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and strengthening distribution channels. Her work focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and executing market strategies that support long-term brand growth and profitability. Prior to her current role, she held an Account Executive position with Affinity Group, a sales and marketing agency specializing in foodservice brokerage, where she built strong relationships with distributors, operators, and manufacturers while supporting product placement and market penetration strategies. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Business Development Manager with Foodservice Specialists, developing foundational expertise in foodservice brokerage, client acquisition, and territory development. With nearly two decades of experience in foodservice sales and business development, she is known for her ability to grow regional markets, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver consistent revenue performance in competitive, relationship-driven industries.

01What do you attribute your success to?
following through on every opportunity is key no matter how big or small and that comes naturally to me. Gaining a customers trust is everything in this business.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Always listen to a customers needs before diving into your sales pitch. Do your research ahead of time as well. Everyone’s time is important, for someone to give you 5 minutes in the current environment is gold.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have confidence in your expertise. Women continue to make significant contributions across every part of the foodservice industry. Find a mentor. Knowledge is power!
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Professionally I’d have to say having integrity in what you do. Also be a reliable source of information.
Personally I’ve learned to stay authentic. Have compassion for others and have gratitude for everything life brings.
