What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I feel like probably the biggest challenge is just ensuring that we keep up with the latest laws and regulations, and that we are ensuring that we follow the Securities and Exchange Commission rules. And that we keep our board fresh. So, the materials and our board members - I know one of the things we're looking at now is succession of our board members, because we have currently a few that have been on there for 20 years, and that's one of the things that they've talked about at our annual shareholder meeting is refreshing our board.
