01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from my dad, Chief Pryor, and my late husband James Johnson, both veterans. Watching my dad need resources inspired me to help others, and my husband helped build the organization.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
During challenging times, keep going. Don't be scared to hear no. Don't let no deter you from your goals.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Pack a lot of patience. Do as much research and background on your mission. Keep going even during adversity. Trust God.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges include billing, securing enough funds, and dealing with combative veterans who have mental illness. Opportunities come from staying relevant with new technology like AI.

Staying true to myself and my beliefs, integrity, treating people how I want to be treated, and being right with God. Do what you're supposed to do when you think no one is looking.
