Stacey Ryan

Stacey Ryan is the President of School of Rock, where she leads a global organization dedicated to inspiring the next generation of musicians through performance-based music education. With more than two decades of leadership experience, Ryan is known for driving operational excellence, scaling businesses, and building high-performing teams. Under her leadership, School of Rock continues to expand its global footprint while creating meaningful educational experiences that empower students to build confidence, creativity, and community through music.

Ryan joined School of Rock more than a decade ago and has held several senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations. In these positions, she helped strengthen the company’s global franchise system, supporting schools across more than a dozen countries and thousands of students worldwide. Prior to her work with School of Rock, she held leadership roles with Huntington Learning Center and Goddard Systems, Inc., where she developed expertise in multi-unit operations, strategic growth, and team development.

In addition to her executive leadership, Ryan is an active advocate for mentorship, youth development, and women’s leadership. She serves on the Board of Directors for NAMM and Arthur Murray International, contributing strategic insight to organizations that shape the global music and arts community. She is also the founder of FrontWomen.org, an initiative focused on empowering women leaders through mentorship, collaboration, and professional development. Through her work, Ryan continues to champion creative education, leadership growth, and opportunities for the next generation.
