The best career advice I’ve ever received is: “You’re only as good as your weakest link.” That simple truth has stuck with me throughout my journey and keeps me grounded in humility and growth. It reminds me to stay aware of my team, my systems, and myself—to never get too comfortable. I’ve also learned to always leave room for growth and stay open to learning something new every single day. In this industry, things change fast, and the most influential women are the ones who adapt, evolve, and stay teachable no matter how much success they achieve.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be consistent and hold fast to your vision. Success doesn’t happen overnight, but staying dedicated to your goals, even when challenges arise, will set you apart. Consistency builds trust and credibility, and having a clear vision gives you direction when the path gets uncertain. Believe in yourself, keep pushing forward, and remember that every step you take brings you closer to the future you’re working to create.

In residential real estate right now, one of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—is navigating the ever-changing market dynamics. With fluctuating interest rates and shifting buyer expectations, staying adaptable is key. At the same time, technology is transforming how we connect with clients and showcase properties, opening new doors for innovative marketing and personalized service. The opportunity lies in embracing these changes while maintaining the personal touch that builds trust.
