Throughout her career at Wyoming Machinery Company, Stacey has advanced through multiple roles—from Parts Sales and Forklift Coordination to Inside Sales and now Product Support. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a strong sense of self-motivation, determination, and effective time management. These qualities have allowed me to remain focused, organized, and consistent in achieving both personal and professional goals. Outside of work, I have a deep appreciation for outdoor activities and recreation. My interests include horseback riding, snowmobiling, and spending time outdoors, particularly during the summer months, as they provide balance and inspiration beyond my professional pursuits.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be dependable, support others, and never stop learning. Consistency builds trust, collaboration leads to growth, and a commitment to lifelong learning keeps you adaptable and open to new opportunities.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to be confident in your abilities and unafraid to use your voice. Believe in the value you bring, stay professional, and let your work speak for itself. With dedication and confidence, you can earn respect and build a strong reputation in any environment.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in our field is keeping up with the constant changes in the industry—whether in technology, customer needs, or market demands. At the same time, these changes create great opportunities to teach others, share knowledge, and strengthen relationships. Another key opportunity is raising awareness—letting businesses know that we’re here to support them with the tools, expertise, and services they need to succeed.

The values most important to me—both in my work and personal life—are respect, determination, and joy. I believe in treating others with kindness and professionalism, pursuing my goals with focus and integrity, and making time for the things that truly make me happy.
