Staci Franklin

Staci Franklin serves as HR senior manager at ICS, a private equity backed organization specializing in industrial and commercial electrical construction. She joined the company in 2023 after building HR functions at previous employers including a family owned business that grew rapidly from four to twenty five employees, R.B. Stewart in fuel hauling, and supporting HR system migration at Westlake Chemical. Franklin earned a BS in human resources development with a minor in HR management from the University of Houston. Her career path began with a family business where she took on HR responsibilities out of necessity, and she has developed a strong interest in the technology and infrastructure side of HR, including building processes and automation.
