Ten minutes with Staci

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women to find what they love and expand on it. When you build your career around work that genuinely matters to you, you are less likely to feel that your efforts are in vain. Identifying your passion and continuing to develop it can create a career that is both fulfilling and impactful.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me are excellence, integrity, kindness, and customer service. I strive to lead with excellence, honor my commitments, and be a person of my word. I believe that how we treat people and the standards we hold ourselves to are just as important as the results we achieve.
