Stacia Walker

K–12 training and implementation leader with a social work background. She is a Senior Trainer and Implementation Manager at McGrath Training Solutions, coaching school districts on bullying, harassment, discrimination, and misconduct prevention, investigations, and Title VI/VII/IX-aligned practices. Previously, she led SEL and school climate initiatives as a Culture and Climate Transformation Specialist, worked as a school social worker, and supported PBIS/MTSS and student assistance programs across multiple districts. She holds a master’s in Social Work and a master’s in Social Emotional Learning.
